Plans and payments
ApplyThread currently offers free usage, one-time tailoring credit packs, and time-limited Pro access. Payments are processed by Razorpay. ApplyThread does not store full card, UPI, or banking credentials.
Cancellations
One-time credit packs cannot be cancelled after the credits are added to your account. Pro access is sold for the displayed access period and does not create an automatic renewal unless the checkout page clearly says otherwise.
Failed activation
If Razorpay shows a successful payment but ApplyThread does not unlock the credits or Pro access, email hello@mahilabs.dev with your payment ID and account email. We will either activate the purchase or refund the payment after verification.
Refund eligibility
Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, failed activation, accidental double purchase, or a technical issue that prevents access to the paid feature. Refunds are not normally issued for credits already used to generate tailored resumes or for Pro access already consumed.
Refund timeline
Send refund requests within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank, UPI, or card processing timelines may vary after ApplyThread initiates the refund.
